DESCRIPTION:
The goal of this renovation is two-fold: to carve a sleeping room out of the existing kitchen area, thereby converting this 1-room studio into a 2-room studio, and to expose and restore the original remaining wood casework, while adding a new contemporary kitchen and other built-in (clothing) storage units.
